Greetings-I liked your graphic organizer and I think you did a nice job laying it out. It actually was much easier to read than the template that was provided to us. I agree with your layout and really think that certain things can go in one or more than one category, such as Skype falling under collaboration and communication for example. Ning I have heard of, but I am more in tune with Facebook, although I failed to mention either in my graphic organizer for some reason, so thanks for reminding me! Brandy
